Inverting the Entries at the Silicon Valley Quadrus Campus

By: Nate Goore

At the Quadrus campus on Silicon Valley’s Sand Hill Road, MKThink transformed an aging 1970s office facility into one of the highest rental rate buildings in the country. The solution centered around relocating the building entry to the lowest level and creating a multi-level central staircase art gallery featuring pieces from the Anderson Collection as the primary circulation space. The newly-created upper level floors leased for over three times the rental rate of the original building.
