Natan Goore Announced as New MKThink CEO
(SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA 10/1/2022) – Natan (Nate) Goore, AIA, will become MKThink’s second CEO in its 22-year history, replacing Mark R Miller, FAIA, who will become the company Chairperson.
“Nate has been an inspirational leader advancing many of MKThink’s most important and successful initiatives, including the advancement of our Oceanic office in Oahu and the development of our Strategic and Analytic Services. It is most appropriate that he lead MKThink as we advance creating intelligent places, especially in critical edge conditions,” said Mark R Miller, FAIA, Chairperson MKThink.
Nate has been with MKThink since its early formation in 2000. As a Strategist and Architect, Nate has been leading numerous practice initiatives and critical client work as a principal and member of the Executive Team.
MKThink approaches its third decade committed to advancing its pioneering work exploring the edge conditions that create intelligent places that improve the quality of life. “Nate’s keen mind and analytical approach to systems thinking make him not only a valuable professional for our clients but also provide the framework to lead and focus our teammates,” added Marijke Smit, MKThink Principal.
Nate is a Cornell University graduate and holds an MArch from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design. He is a registered architect and all-around systems organizational savant, mediocre tennis player, and mean plucker of the bass guitar.
