MKThink developed a Facilities Vision and Strategic Plan in partnership with the Stanford Graduate School of Education (GSE). This effort advanced the GSE's strategic and institutional master plans, guided the campus's future organizational and physical evolution, and, ultimately, created healthy and productive environments for the school's students, faculty, and staff. The team's approach was to provide an unbiased, data-driven assessment of relevant data synthesized with cultural and observational findings gathered during onsite investigations and stakeholder meetings.

To develop a Facilities Vision and Strategic Plan in partnership with Stanford's Graduate School of Education.

MKThink's approach was to provide an unbiased, data-driven assessment of relevant data synthesized with cultural and observational findings gathered during onsite investigations and stakeholder meetings. The team assessed the school's existing inventory at the building and room scale. It mapped how the school's user groups occupied and moved through the space to develop a Facilities Vision and Strategic Plan.
