Matthew brings a background in urban studies, GIS, and real estate consulting to planning and strategy work. He combines data-driven analysis with systems thinking to support long-range planning and decision-making. At MKThink, Matthew works with the Strategy team on planning initiatives for public-sector and educational clients, including long-range strategies for new school development and facility maintenance. His work supports   evidence-based approaches that align community goals, operational needs, and long-term value.
