San Francisco SPCA
CAMPUS FRAMEWORK PLAN
Support the human/animal/urban bond
Building upon its Strategic Plan, MKThink applied a systems-thinking approach to develop a holistic strategy for long-range campus and adjacent neighborhood development across geographic locations and a range of critical services (veterinary hospital, animal rescue, adoption services, education, +). The success of the framework plan is its ability to outline the path to liberate SF SPCA facility constraints and improve the engagement of the sites with existing and expanded neighborhoods while strengthening the staff and vet team's core ability to perform its invaluable mission.
