Project Description

Boston Private Bank Branches

MKThink’s team developed an overall approach that put people and customer relationship-building up front, therefore emphasizing the customer.

MKThink has completed nine planning and renovation projects in northern California for Boston Private Bank, from the Financial District in San Francisco to downtown San Jose.  In our initial engagement we developed a strategic plan to realign the bank’s target customer base and its image, and carve out an identity to separate itself from the pack and attract new clientele without a major capital campaign.

Projects included teller stations, boardrooms, auditing rooms, customer lounges, ATM stations, private offices, and vault rooms.  Each branch responds to the local conditions and clientele base through variations in layout, finish, and furnishings.
